Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING & REFUNDS POLICY

Shipping:

All of our items are “Made to Order” they are not in stock. For this reason, from the date on which the order was placed, the approximate time of manufacture of a product during two weeks for which the product is finished, we will contact the client so that this is the period of 7 to 15 days for receive the product. If more than 15 days passed, send us an email to support@amzfurniture.com to verify the status of your order.

Multiple shipments

In the case of multiple shipments, the customer will be responsible for removing the product.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased from AMZ, you can initiate a return within 30 days after delivery to obtain a return, but to request this, the item must be in its original condition and packaged. If the items have been used, damaged or modified, they do not apply for returns. 
To start the return process you will have to contact our support team through the email support@amzfurniture.com. You will be asked to send photos in the case of any claim. In this case you will be responsible for shipping costs (except in cases where the item is damaged or defective). The option to request a return is only valid 30 days after delivery. The following items may not be returned: 
– Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page or during the payment process. 
Note: you must first receive the item to proceed with a refund, otherwise the return will not be made. 

Articles and defective.

In case of receiving the item with damages or defects, you can return it for a complete replacement, as long as you report the problem within 30 days after the delivery of the item. 
Note: If the damaged item was shipped through a carrier or white glove service, you must report the problem within 5 days after delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund. 
To report a problem with the article, you can contact our support team via email support@amzfurniture.com. In this case you will be responsible for shipping costs (except in cases where the item is damaged or defective). The option to request a return is only valid 30 days after delivery. 

Refunds

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund with your credit card. You will receive the credit within a number of days, in accordance with the policies of your card issuer. 

Lost objects


If your order is missing items or parts, you should contact our support team via email support@amzfurniture.com as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after delivery. 

Cancellations

You can cancel an order within 30 minutes after placing the order by contacting our support team via email support@amzfurniture.com. You can only cancel the order during the first 30 minutes after placing an order. 

Policy warranty.

All products sold by AMZ Custom Fine Furniture come with the standard warranty. The obligation to satisfy any warranty stated for a product is between you and AMZ Custom Fine Furniture. For more information you can write to support@amzfurniture.com.
